Delete your VocaLock account and data

VocaLock stores very little about you. Your phrases,
settings and backup PIN never leave your phone. Our server holds only your
Google name and email, Google's identifier for your account, and the
record of your subscription and its payments.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open VocaLock
- Tap the profile icon, top right
- Scroll down and tap Delete account
- Tap Delete my account to confirm
This happens immediately. Your subscription is cancelled at Razorpay so
nothing more is charged, and you are signed out on every phone.
Uninstalling VocaLock then removes what it stored on the phone itself,
including your phrases and your backup PIN hash.

Delete my VocaLock account. We act on deletion requests within
30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your name, your email, your Google account identifier, and every sign-in session.
- Ended: your subscription, immediately. No further payments are taken.
- Never held in the first place: any audio, and your card or UPI details (those stay with Razorpay).
- Kept: the record of payments you made, as tax law requires, attached to an internal number that no longer leads to you. Crash reports are kept by Firebase for 90 days and carry only that internal number.
